Visit Us

Our worship is traditional with a lot of creativity and spirit.  The service lasts about an hour but you probably won’t feel the need to check the time.  The sermons are engaging and focus on the Scripture.  The music is excellent and inspiring.  Join us for Communion on the first Sunday of every month.  We practice an “open table” and all are welcome to receive.  Just park in the church parking lot, the social services parking lot, or along the street and come on in.  There’s no dress code and when we say everyone is welcome, we mean it!

***Please join us on our Facebook Page Sunday mornings at 10am for our Live Stream if you’re more comfortable worshiping from home or go to our Watch page to see previous worship services.***

Music

Music is an important part of worship at Ann Street. We are blessed to have a Kawai grand piano as well as a Schantz’s pipe organ that was designed and built for Ann Street in 1963. The organ, which was extensively renovated in 2010, has eleven ranks of pipes and chimes.

Other instruments are also frequently used in worship, including trumpet, other brass, violin, flute and keyboard. Our music program includes two adult choirs and a hand bell choir.

Christmas finds Ann Street filled with music of the season. On Friday evening and again on Sunday evening during the first full weekend in December, the combined choirs present our Christmas Cantata. A musical ensemble of 13 to 15 instrumentalists and 36-40 singers tells the wondrous story of Christ’s birth. Several other special music programs are presented during the church year. They include services for Christmas Eve, All Saints Sunday, and Easter, just to a name a few.
