Love in action

In Beaufort and the surrounding communities, there are real needs — and real people facing them. Ann Street United Methodist Church believes that the church is most like Christ when it steps outside its walls and meets people exactly where they are.

Our outreach efforts are not about programs or publicity. They are about people. They are about seeing a neighbor who is struggling and choosing to show up, to give, to serve, and to remind them that they are not forgotten or alone.

We believe small acts of kindness — a meal shared, a burden lifted, a moment of genuine care — can make a lasting difference. And we believe the love of Christ is most clearly seen not in grand gestures, but in quiet, consistent faithfulness to others.

A Church for Beaufort

Ann Street United Methodist Church has been part of the fabric of this community for generations. We are not just a church in Beaufort — we are a church for Beaufort.

We are committed to serving our neighbors with the same love and care we would want extended to us. The challenges our community faces are our challenges. The needs of our neighbors are our calling.

As we serve, we are also reminded that outreach is not a one-way street. The people we serve teach us, stretch us, and help us grow in compassion and faith.
